Well yesterdays run was just a 7 miler from bill's house.  A lot more people showed up than i thought would.  It was a pretty easy run with a couple points where the pace was getting pushed, but it wasn't too bad.  It was really cool out too which was nice considering its summer.

The run today was also good.  Edgewood came down to run with us.  We did the zimmerman loop.  Overall we kept up a decent pace like closer to 7 flat most of the time.  When we got into the woods the pace slowed down a bit and stayed there the rest of the run.  After we got out of the marsh trail woods, Ben Thomas (Edgewood) Malory (Edgewood) Harris and I, maybe some others (honestly i never turned around to see who else was with us) turned right instead of left to add on a bit, and we just ran down to the beach and then took the shortest way back, which ended up adding like 1.5 miles on to make the run like 11.2 orsomething.  After the run some people from the News Herald interviewed me tyler kenny devin ben harris kendig dan kristen deanna jessie al and blair, which was pretty cool.  After that all the guys got shirtless and they took a group picture of us running down the entrance road into veterans.
